Ana Popović

Ana is leading VMT Attorneys specializing in Employment and Immigration Law and Data protection practice.

Ana advises clients in the fields of employment and immigration law, data protection and represents clients in labor disputes and general litigation. As a member of the HR Committee and the Infrastructure and Industrialization Committee of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) for years, she actively contributed to drafting texts for the White Paper on labor legislation, whistleblower protection, foreign labor, and transportation in Serbia. Additionally, Ana has actively participated in the work of the HR Committee and the Labor Law Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham). On an annual basis, she collaborates with the World Bank Group on projects: Women, Business and the Law and Employing Workers.

She has been a longstanding member of the Employment Law Alliance. Legal 500 research has recognized Ana as one of the leading lawyers specializing in labor law, with the designation of “Next Generation Partner”, while Chambers and Partners have awarded her the designation of “Up and Coming”.

Additionally, Ana has significant experience in private practice and is particularly specialized in family law representation.
