The data controller is Law Office VMT Attorneys, with its registered seat at Simina Street 18, 11000 Belgrade – Stari grad, Republic of Serbia.

We collect only the personal data necessary to achieve specific purposes, including:

  • Full name and email address (for newsletters, contact forms, business inquiries)
  • Data of job applicants (full name, email address, CV content and message)

  • Your freely given consent (Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the LPDP*)
  • Taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the LPDP)

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn
  • Job applicants: until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 6 months
  • Business contacts: until consent is withdrawn
  • Cookies: automatically deleted upon closing the website
  • Contractual obligations: for the duration of the contract and the legally prescribed period after its termination.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to, rectification, supplementation, erasure, or restriction of processing of your personal data
  • Object to the processing of your personal data
  • Request data portability to another controller
  • File a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

9. Are You Obligated to Provide Your Data?

Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual obligation. However, if you choose not to provide your data, we may be unable to establish contact with you.

We do not use automated decision-making or user profiling.

We implement all necessary technical, organizational, and personnel measures to ensure data security, including:
